The TriFactor team is experienced in the delivery of major projects through Project Management Office. We accompany our clients the whole way from project inception to operation hand over and ongoing / continuous improvement.

This includes feasibility, business case, preliminary design, environmental approvals, detailed design, construction, operation & maintenance of major infrastructure such as:

The project leaders ensure all disciplines are integrated to guarantee the design development encompasses all equipment, process, structural, civil, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic elements associated with each project.

Throughout the procurement stage Early Contractor Involvement - ECI - (also known as Selected Tenderer Involvement STI) Phase we drive value creation as part of our Lean Project Delivery Model.

The Environmental team assists in evaluations, stakeholder consultation, planning and approvals, audits and construction management.

Remote Control, Monitoring and Data Delivery

When working with critical and other mechanical and water- / waste water infrastructure, remoteness and availability are key influencers. Many of our clients therefore see the value in reliable and modern SCADA and Telemetry Systems which allow direct online monitoring and remote control. While critical alarms are a best practice feature, a lot of hidden value lies in the data collected over time.

Understanding this value, the TriFactor team analysis historical data during the feasibility phase of each project. Should additional data be required to enable and empower best practice operation, the team can provide short- and longterm solutions.

To reduce operational cost and replace conventional energy resources in the most sustainable fashion, TriFactor promotes the "Site to Boardroom Data Mining (SBDM)" Model. The Data will be interpreted and used in different scenarios (models) to identify the best options to generate and manage renewable energy solutions for ongoing improvement and OPEX reduction.
